Our Approach

Conflict Is Natural. Growth Is Possible.

Conflict will always be an ongoing theme in our workplaces. Tension is actually an important part of human relationships that is needed for growth, learning, and change. Because every situation is different, we consistently apply clear expectations and supportive, restorative processes and opportunities of growth tailored to your team. Providing sensitive, transparent communication informs our long-term experience in this sector.

When working with OneResolve, clients can expect us to value the unique needs of everyone involved. We ensure that every voice is compassionately understood so that true healing and relational restoration can be achieved.

Our practice focuses on building lasting conflict capability within organisations. We help you create a sustainable workplace that consistently encourages people to share their voices, difficulties, and needs in healthy ways. By understanding your unique cultural and systemic context, we help you transform everyday workplace conflict into opportunities for mutual understanding, personal accountability, and stronger team connections.

Our Four Principles of Practice:

Relationships

We understand and acknowledge that relationships are at the centre of everything we do. Relationships are both a source of strength and support, but can also be the source of hurt and conflict.

Accountability

We believe that each person is responsible for their behaviour & has control for remedying those impacts. Organisations must also acknowledge the collective nature of  their cultures, systems & its impacts.

Dignity

We afford everyone we work with human dignity and respect including our clients, our colleagues, our partners, and our communities.

Restore

We consistently apply a restorative approach that seeks to understand and restore relationships that have been impacted by harm and conflict.

“Being the first time I’ve participated in a facilitation, I initially felt apprehensive about what the process would entail. Anna, however, created a professional yet comfortable space from the outset. In preparation for the facilitation, she spent ample time to meet with & provide me a very thorough explanation of the process, took a lot of initiative in offering guidance or drafting up a document when I was unsure, & was able to quickly understand my loose thoughts & clearly articulate them back. This continued through to the actual facilitated meeting, & through her support, I feel very reassured & confident of its outcomes.”
